Kung Fu

is the orig­i­nal form of mar­tial arts, dat­ing back over 4000 years. Devel­oped to dis­ci­pline both mind and body, tra­di­tional Kung Fu encom­passes mar­tial tech­niques, phys­i­cal and men­tal con­di­tion­ing, as well as health practices.

The Head Instruc­tor of Wu Tao Kung Fu, began his mar­tial arts train­ing at the age of 10. Has trav­eled to China and per­formed at the Shaolin Tem­ple and Wudang Mountain. He enjoys see­ing peo­ple chal­lenge them­selves, sur­pass what they think they can do, and real­ize their potential. He believes that a com­bi­na­tion of intense train­ing and hav­ing fun are the best keys to suc­cess in study. He teaches with that same philosophy.

Elen Carr 

Instruc­tor of the Wu Tao Junior War­riors Pro­gram began her mar­tial arts stud­ies in 2003. She believes that mar­tial arts train­ing builds a strong foun­da­tion for life that con­tributes to a well-rounded child, and gives them valu­able tools they can use as they grow into adulthood.
